Every morning, you made it a routine to wake up at 4:00 a.m, prepare for work and ensure you are at work by
7:00 a.m. If you were to do a self appraisal, the least you could score is 90%. The test person is probably due to
lack of training. Then you get to work at 7:00 a.m one morning and realize that your boss has squandered all your hardwork and all the
stuff in the office has been auctioned and worse of all he’s not able to pay your salary and your severance pay!

Ever since I could remember, I always felt like I had to break a certain record that had been set or sometimes live up to the standards set by the society. I was just wondering what would happen if I woke up one day and realized that I could never fit in.I was different or worse still I was the black sheep of the family, the office or the class.

The scenario is all too familiar by now, an employee disrupts you or the office or doesn’t want to adhere to rules, routines or your instructions. You negotiate with the employee who then becomes defiant and refuses your request outright. Before you know it, you’re engaged in a power struggle. In no time you share your frustrations with other colleagues and friends, and they’re taking sides. More and more people become defiant to you too and completely ignore you.
